Alex Spencer is a 19-year-old indie artist from Manchester, known for his raw song writing, huge hooks and electric live performances. Starting out busking on the streets of Manchester, Alex has gone on to receive support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Introducing, Radio X and CLASH, alongside regular editorial playlist support from Apple Music. His track Nightmares featured on the EA SPORTS FC25 soundtrack and has now surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify. In July 2026, Alex released his latest EP These Will Be The Days, exploring youth, friendship, nostalgia, growing up and making the most of the moments that one day become memories. After a sold-out UK headline tour, Alex joined Louis Tomlinson on a European arena tour, performing across eight countries to more than 100,000 people. He has also supported The Black Keys and performed at festivals including TRNSMT, Neighbourhood Weekender and Liverpool Sound City. This September, Alex heads back to Europe for his first European headline tour before joining Only The Poets for an extensive European run through the end of 2026. “Here’s to the rise of the young — we’re what the future becomes.”
